Artisan’s Fondue
La Fabrique de la Fondue de la Grolla
The Fontina l’Abbaye Saint-Benoît, Raclette des Appalaches, made by the Éco-Délices cheese maker, and the first Canadian raclette, made by Fritz Kaiser, were selected to create the Artisan’s Fondue. This fondue has a well-rounded mild flavour with a hint of butter. It is freshly prepared and ready to use. Available at IGA stores and specialty grocery stores.
