Firm, rindless cheese with a cream-coloured interior, butter aroma and a hazelnut flavour that enhances with age. Several varieties: 3 months (mild), 4 to 9 months (medium) and 10 months to 3 or 7 years (strong and extra strong). Available in most specialty cheese shops and supermarkets.

Our Cheddar curds are fresh every day and made with pasteurized cow's milk. Excellent on poutine or as a snack.
