Firm, rindless, cream-coloured cheese with a buttery aroma and a hazelnut flavour that intensifies with age. This cheddar can be medium, old and extra-old, depending on the length of aging, which varies between 6 months and 4 years. Available from the cheese maker and from the supermarkets in the region.

Our cheese is made with 100% pure milk with no modified milk ingredients. Unique taste (creamy). With its mild flavour, this is the true cheese curd that goes "squeak, squeak"!
