Mild Cheddar
Cream-coloured, firm, smooth and slightly elastic cheese with a light flavour. Contains less than 0.5% lactose.

Mild Marble Cheddar
Golden and cream-coloured marble cheese with a mild and milky flavour. Contains less than 0.5% lactose.

Medium Cheddar
Cream-coloured, firm, smooth and slightly elastic cheese with a mild and milky flavour.
Lactose-free

Strong
Cream-coloured, firm, smooth and slightly elastic cheese with a strong hazelnut flavour.
