La Fondue Charlevoisienne is a product resulting from the common work of those passionate about cheese and fondue. It is a freshly prepared fondue made with cheeses from here. It is ready to use; there is nothing to add! The Charlevoix cheeses used to prepare La Fondue Charlevoisienne are “Le 1608” and “L’Hercule de Charlevoix.” With lots of experience in the Swiss fondue tradition, La Grolla restaurant created the La Fondue Charlevoisienne by preparing a mixture of cheeses, wine and spices. It is a rich, creamy and well balanced fondue.
