Laliberté is a triple-cream cheese made with whole organic milk. Its nice, bloomy rind surrounds a melt-in-your-mouth interior with an exquisite creamy mushroom flavour. It is named after Alfred Laliberté, a sculptor from Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick. The packaging of this cheese features some of his artwork.
