L’Extra Brie is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from pasteurized milk and cream. It has a pronounced milk and hazelnut flavour. With its unique texture, it is a creamy and irresistibly tasty cheese.

L’Extra Brie Double Crème

L’Extra Brie Double Crème is a deliciously rich soft cheese with a cream and hazelnut flavour. This cheese has a stable and homogenous texture when young, but becomes smoother with age. Peppercorns are added to the milk and cream mixture. A cheese to eat slowly that will appeal to those who want to add a little bite to their Brie.     

L’Extra Brie Triple Crème
M.F.: 42% Moisture : 45%
L’Extra Brie Triple Crème features a velvety white rind and a smooth cream-coloured interior, which, during its ripening period, changes from slightly granular with a rich, tangy butter flavour to creamy and unctuous with a pronounced butter taste that reveals flavours of fresh mushrooms and milk.

These cheeses are available from the cheese maker and in most supermarkets.

L'Extra Brie Triple Crème: 2nd place at the 2015 American Cheese Awards in the Triple Crème Soft Ripened Cheese category and 2015 Sélection CASEUS finalist in the Bloomy Rind Cheese category.

L'Extra Brie: Second in its category at the 2007 American Cheese Society competition.


Aromatic and mellow
