L’EXTRA BRIE DOUBLE CRÈME is a deliciously rich soft cheese with a cream and hazelnut flavour. This cheese has a stable and homogenous texture when young, but becomes smoother with age. Peppercorns are added to the milk and cream mixture. A cheese to eat slowly that will appeal to those who want to add a little bite to their Brie.     

L’EXTRA BRIE TRIPLE CRÈME
M.F.: 42% Moisture : 45%
L’EXTRA BRIE TRIPLE CRÈME features a velvety white rind and a smooth cream-coloured interior, which, during its ripening period, changes from slightly granular with a rich, tangy butter flavour to creamy and unctuous with a pronounced butter taste that reveals flavours of fresh mushrooms and milk.

These cheeses are available from the cheese maker and in most supermarkets.
