Semi-soft probiotic farm cheese with a washed rind. It is part of the Saint-Paulin family of cheese and has a creamy flavour and a smooth, firm texture that becomes crumbly with age. Made with pasteurized whole cow’s milk from our farm. This cheese is the only one of its kind in Canada. It is available from the cheese maker, in specialty grocery stores and cheese shop, and some supermarkets.
