Crab Delights With Cheddar From Here
Ingredients
- White baguette cut into 15 slices
- 1 can of crab (about 213 g or 7 oz)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) of Cheddar From Here, grated
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 7 ml (1 1/2 tsp.) curry
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
Place mixture on the bread slices.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until the top is golden.

Accompaniments
These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.
