Croque Monsieur With Pied-De-Vent

Ingredients

  • 4 slices crusty bread
  • Butter, softened
  • 8 slices cooked ham
  • 225 to 350 g (8 to 12 oz) Pied-De-Vent, sliced

Preparation 

Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC)

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Cover each slice with cooked ham and Pied-De-Vent.

Grill until the cheese is slightly golden. Serve hot.
