Mi-Carême Lemon Burst
Ingredients
- 4 slices Le Mi-Carême cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon butter, home-made
- 4 turkey slices
- 4 bacon slices, cooked
- 6 spinach leaves
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bread chosen: Multigrain baguettine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C) Slice open the baguettine. Spread each half with the lemon butter. Fill with turkey, bacon, cheese and spinach leaves. Close the sandwich and bake a few minutes until cheese is melted.

60 ml (1/4 cup) butter, softened

5 ml (1 tsp.) lemon zest

Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
Suggestion
Try this recipe with: Desneiges or Chevalier Brie Triple Crème.
Accompaniments
These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.
