Port-Royal's Dock Hand
Ingredients
- 4 slices Port-Royal cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh cream
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) capers
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 slices of red onion
- Bread chosen: Mini rustic bread
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the fresh cream and capers together. Add salt and pepper.
Slice the bread in half and spread the fresh cream topping. Fill with smoked salmon, red onion slices and cheese. Close the sandwich.
Suggestion
Try this recipe with: Noyan or La Tomme de Monsieur Séguin.
Accompaniments
These dry wines have a fruity, floral nose while offering a certain richness on the palate. Their acidity gives them a pleasant liveliness.
