The Bohemian With Saint-Paulin
Ingredients
- 4 slices Saint-Paulin cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sage, hazelnut and sundried tomato mayonnaise, home-made
- 4 slices of grilled chicken breast
- 1 yellow tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves of mesclun lettuce
- Bread chosen: Organic flax bread
Preparation
Slice two slices of bread. Spread both slices with the mayonnaise. Garnish with the grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
Sage, hazelnut and sundried tomato mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise, store-bought
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sage, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Suggestion
Try this recipe with: Baluchon or Port-Royal.
Accompaniments
These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.
