Offered in grains or blocks, this firm, rindless, unripened farm cheese is made with pasteurized milk from the Ferme 3J's Ayrshire cows. Its paste has a smooth and shiny surface and its texture is soft and melting in the mouth. Its taste of fresh milk slightly acidulated with notes of hazelnut resembles substantially the popular cheddar. Delicious!
