This soft, bloomy rind cheese is made following traditional moulding by ladle using pasteurized milk. Aged for 7 days, it offers a delicate taste, runny consistency and a wonderful silkiness in the mouth. Let it rest at room temperature at least 30 minutes before enjoying to fully appreciate its texture and buttery, creamy taste.

This best kept secret from Fromagerie Domaine Féodal is available only at the cheese maker, Délices d'Antan bakeries in Berthierville and occasionally at the IGA supermarket in the same city.
