This firm, lactose-free, rindless cheese is made with thermized organic milk. Ripening the cheese for 12 months gives it a crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Its strong aroma and rich, robust and spicy taste with hints of hazelnut will not go unnoticed in your favourite dishes.

This cheese is available in blocks or grated. It is usually used grated in sauces or vinaigrettes, but also lends itself perfectly to cocktails and fruit and olive plates after dinner. Biobio Parmesan will enhance pasta, stews, croquettes, salads, omelettes, quiches, pizza, soups and oven-baked, grilled or stuffed vegetables.

Biobio cheeses are high-quality organic cheeses that contain no chemical colouring, artificial flavours or synthetic additives. The certified organic milk used to make the cheeses comes from cows raised on Quebec family farms. The pastures they graze and the forage and grains they are fed contain no synthetic products such as pesticides and fertilizers and no GMOs.

Biobio Parmesan cheese is available in several cheese shops, in specialty grocery stores and in supermarkets.

These medium-bodied wines offer supple tannins that of ten carry a certain roundness. They are usually dominated by aromas of ripened fruit or woody notes (toast, coffee or vanilla).
