This soft cheese with a bloomy rind is made from pasteurized milk and cream. An unctuous triple cream cheese with a light mushroom, nut-flavored bloomy rind, a slight hint of salt and a touch of wonderful coconut flavour. It goes well with fruit platters, nut breads and desserts.
