This soft bloomy-rind cheese is made with pasteurized milk and cream. The interior of this surface-ripened cheese is characterized by a stable and consistent texture when young that becomes smoother as it ages. ANCO Double Cream Brie features a milk and hazelnut flavour that’s richer than that of a single cream cheese.

ANCO Double Cream Brie is available from the cheese maker and at most supermarkets.
