Made from pasteurized milk and cream, this soft cheese has a fine, natural bloomy rind. With a melt-in-your-mouth, smooth interior, this double cream Brie has a fresh nutty aroma.
Traversed by the chemin du Roy, the Portneuf region still shows obvious signs of having been a French settlement. In addition to leaving to Portneuf some of its oldest seigniories, its pioneers brought it the art of making this great, classic French cheese.
Brie Double Crème de Portneuf is available from the cheese maker, at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and in most supermarkets.

2nd prize winner at the 2015 British Empire Cheese Show competition, in the Soft Rind Cheese category.
3rd place in 2015 and 2011, and second place in 2009 in the soft mold-ripened cheeses category at the American Cheese Society competition.
