A soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from pasteurized milk and cream. This surface-ripened, European-style cheese has a chalky texture when young but becomes creamy with age. ANCO Camembert has flavours of milk, hazelnuts and mushrooms that connoisseurs will love.

ANCO Camembert is available from the cheese maker and in most supermarkets.
