Serve simply with slices of apple or pear, in sandwiches, or melted on French onion soup.
You'll find Le Caveau mostly in restaurant menus, but it is also possible to purchase it in some specialty cheese shops, such as Fromagerie Hamel stores in Montréal and Repentigny.
Accompaniments

These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.

These medium-bodied wines offer supple tannins that of ten carry a certain roundness. They are usually dominated by aromas of ripened fruit or woody notes (toast, coffee or vanilla).
