This firm, rindless farm cheese is made with pasteurized milk from the Beauregard farm, located adjacent to the cheese maker. Les Normandises are naturally flavoured cheeses, available in the following varieties:
- Normandise à la fleur d’ail: Flavoured with garlic flowers, this is the perfect cheese to top appetizers or the French bread to go with your soup!
- Normandise aux épices: Flavoured with spices, this cheese will become your secret ingredient to pep up your burgers and steaks!
