Firm, rindless cheese with a cream-coloured interior, buttery aroma and a hazelnut flavour that enhances with age. Several varieties: 3 months (medium), 5 years (strong) and more (extra-strong). The cheese maker also procudes light cheese with 6% to 12% fat content.
