Cheese curds
Milk from a single farm (J.M.S. Amitiés). Milk infused with omega-3. The more you eat, the more you'll want, and the less cholesterol you'll have! Many different cheese curd flavours: BBQ, Garlic and Dill, Sun-dried Tomato and Chef's Secret.
Available in most specialty cheese shops and supermarkets. Cheddar aromatized with garlic and dill and the cheddar scented with Port are also available from the cheese maker.
