Firm, rindless cheese with cream-coloured interior and a buttery aroma with hazelnut flavour that enhances with age. Several varieties: 3 months (mild), 4 to 9 months (medium strong), 10 months to 3 or 7 years (strong and very strong).

The Cheddar le Bourgadet in curds is smooth, mild, and juicy. Exquisite flavour, cream and butter flavour. No additives (powder or protein). Perfect amount of resistance when you take a bite.

Available in most specialty grocery stores and supermarkets.
