The Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, located in the Cantons-de-l’Est region, on the shores of Lake Memphrémagog, began producing cheese in 1943, with only one type of cheese.

Today, 1001 Fondues, a family business from the city of Québec, is proud to offer this original fondue made from a perfect blend of four Fromagerie de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac cheeses: Mont Saint-Benoît, Fontina Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, Le Moine and St-Augustin. With its hazelnut flavour and subtle aroma, Cheese Fondue de l’Abbaye is a real crowd-pleaser!
