Cogruet Swiss is said to be the first Swiss-type cheese to be made in Quebec (since 1984). Developed by master cheese makers drawing on a long tradition, its reputation for quality is well known in Quebec and abroad.

Awards and distinctions
2014 Sélection Caseus winner in the Interior-ripened Cheese with Ripening Holes class in 2014 and the firm or hard cow’s milk cheese category in 2008. Placed 3rd in 2008 and 2nd in 2006 in its category at the British Empire Cheese Show.
