This firm, rindless farm cheese is made with the milk drawn directly from the family’s cow herd and pasteurized at a low temperature. Its texture is soft and slightly elastic. This Cheddar is made without colouring or preservatives, and its unmatched freshness and hints of butter and hazelnut make it hard to resist. The mild Cheddar is available in different size blocks or grated.
