It is ready to use; there is nothing to add! The Charlevoix cheeses used to prepare the Fondue Charlevoisienne are Le 1608 and L’Hercule de Charlevoix. With lots of experience in the Swiss fondue tradition, the 1001 Fondues created the Fondue Charlevoisienne by preparing a mixture of cheeses, wine and spices. It is a rich, creamy and well balanced fondue.
La Fondue Charlevoisienne is available at the Laiterie Charlevoix in Baie-Saint-Paul, in cheese shops and in some supermarkets.
