This 1001 Fondues kit, containing all Outaouais terroir products, pairs Raftman Medium Cheddar, Les Générations Aged Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Brick’oleur from La Trappe à Fromage with DumDuminator beer from the Brasseurs du Temps brewery. The Fondue de l’Outaouais delivers notes of cream and hazelnut, and a slightly caramelized aftertaste.
Terroir, know-how and cultural heritage are the watchwords of all three companies behind this product.
The Fondue de l’Outaouais is available at any of the cheese maker’s seven locations, in Hull, Gatineau (2), Masson, Cantley, Aylmer and Val-des-Monts, as well as at the Brasseurs du Temps brewery in Gatineau and the 1001 Fondues boutique in Quebec.
Accompaniments

These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.

These lighter wines are known for their simple fruity scents, their refreshing quality and their subtle tannins. They should be enjoyed in their youth.
