Made with pasteurized milk and cream, ANCO Gouda is a lactose-free, firm, cooked and pressed cheese. It has a creamy yellow colour and is dotted with small holes.

ANCO Mild Gouda
This cheese has a slightly acidic taste, an aroma that varies from mild to strong and a creamy almond flavour.

ANCO Light Gouda
M.F. 17%, moisture 49%
This cheese contains 44% less fat than the ANCO Mild Gouda and is aged to perfection for a delicious characteristic flavour.

ANCO Spicy Gouda
This cheese has the same characteristics as ANCO Mild Gouda, but its creamy texture is seasoned with spices that were specially chosen for a more pronounced flavour.

ANCO Jalapeno Gouda
This cheese has the same characteristics as ANCO Mild Gouda, but its creamy texture has a spicy Jalapeño pepper flavour.
