Made with this characteristic milk, the cheese has an aroma typical of the Lanaudière region. The interior is soft and tastes likes fresh milk and cream. It is perfect for salads, sandwiches, appetizers and all your cooked dishes.
The name is homage to generations of Guilbaults who once managed the family farm and who raised Martin Guilbault, founder of the Fromagerie Du champ à la Meule.
The Guilbault is only available in IGA grocery stores.

These medium-bodied wines offer supple tannins that of ten carry a certain roundness. They are usually dominated by aromas of ripened fruit or woody notes (toast, coffee or vanilla).
