This soft, bloomy-rind cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s and sheep’s milk using artisanal methods. A 30-day ripening process allows the cheese to develop a lovely white rind that is fluffy and consistent. Its interior is creamy and smooth, with a taste of cream that is softened by the mushroom flavour in the rind.

The harmonious combination of cow’s and sheep’s milk creates a delicious marriage of flavours. Try serving it with hot pepper jelly on fresh bread.

Harmonieux cheese is available from the cheese maker and in most Abitibi-Témiscamingue grocery stores.
