This soft, bloomy-rind farm cheese is ripened for three weeks and made with pasteurized whole milk from a single herd of grass-fed Canadienne cows from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine region. It has a very mild cream and mushroom flavour and a melting texture. The local flavour of this delicious cheese will be a hit with anyone!

Jeune-Cœur is also the French name for the stage of life between a pup and an adult for harp seals.

Jeune-Cœur cheese is mainly sold at the Fromagerie du Pied-de-Vent in Îles-de-la-Madeleine, but it can sometimes be found in some specialty cheese shops in Quebec.
