This fresh cheese is made with yogurt made from pasteurized milk. It has a very thick creamy texture with a mild and milky flavour and a light lemon twist. It may be served with bread but is equally delicious served in dips made with garlic, herbs, cucumber, and it can also be used in making desserts. It is available in regular, light and half-goat varieties:

It is made with an equal-part blend of cow’s milk and goat’s milk.
