This soft cheese with a bloomy rind is made from pasteurized cow and goat milk. The white bloomy rind of this surface-ripened double crème Brie has a mushroom aroma and a buttery taste with a hint of caprine cream.

Double Joie Brie is available from the cheese maker, at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and in most supermarkets.

2016 and 2014 Sélection Caseus competition finalist in the Blended Milk Cheese class.

2012 gold medal winner at the World Championship Cheese Contest in its class.
