This soft cheese with a bloomy rind is made from pasteurized cow and goat milk. The white bloomy rind of this surface-ripened double crème Brie has a mushroom aroma and a buttery taste with a hint of caprine cream.
Double Joie Brie is available from the cheese maker, at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and in most supermarkets.
