This soft, washed rind cheese is made with pasteurized milk and cream. Its orange, lightly bloomy rind with a soft and creamy yellow interior, offers a creamy taste with character. By ripening, it develops distinct aromas, reminiscent of leather and woods. A must in sharper cheeses!

Le Saint-Damase is available from the cheese maker and in most speciality cheese shops and supermarkets.
