M.F. : 33% Moisture : 47%

Soft bloomy rind cheese made of cow raw milk made from fresh milk of high nutritional and cheese-making value from an Ayrshire herd. It features a soft taste of butter and almonds.

Its name, Le Tremblay, comes from owners Stéphane Tremblay and Chantale Lalancette’s ancestors. They’ve owned the farm since 2000 as the sixth generation and realized their dream when they built a cheese dairy in 2004.

Available in specialty cheese shops and grocery stores.
