This creamy, velvety soft cheese with a bloomy rind is made from pasteurized milk and cream. It has a white rind with faint red and orange hues that indicate a mature, country-fresh flavour. This cheese is firm and light when young and tender and flavourful when semi-aged. When fully ripe, it is runny and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with flavours of cream, butter, hazelnut and a trace of sharpness.
