This soft, blue-veined, surface-ripened, ash-covered cheese is made from pasteurized milk and cream. Its supple and creamy texture, its blue cheese flavour and its cream taste makes it a rich, robust and unique Brie.
Meteorite is available from the cheese maker, at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and in most supermarkets.
