It has a straw-yellow colour, a supple and slightly crumbly texture and a light buttery taste with a hazelnut aroma. This cheese is very versatile and is ideal for au gratin dishes, burgers, nachos and even a raclette!
Currently available only in a “light” version.

Monterey Jack Lemaire is available at the cheese maker’s two outlets in Saint-Cyrille and Saint-Germain, as well as in convenience stores and grocery stores in the Drummondville and Trois-Rivières regions.
