This fresh, hand-stretched mozzarella has a delicate fresh-milk taste and subtle acidity. It can be enjoyed plain, raw or cooked. For a delicious addition, try it in appetizers, a tomato and basil salad, bruschetta, pizzas, pasta and even sandwiches.
Mozzarella de la Table Ronde is available at the farm and several specialty cheese shops and fine grocery stores.
