A soft, bloomy rind cheese, made with pasteurised milk, that has been ripened for 35 days. The ripening process gives this triple-cream Brie a pleasing fluffy rind and creamy texture with a note of mushroom.  

Here’s a delicious recipe idea: Cut the cheese in half horizontally, garnish one half some onion confit, grated walnuts and cranberries. Close and heat in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes at 150oC (300oF).

P'tit Délice is available at most cheese shops and grocery stores.
