This firm, cooked and pressed, lactose-free cheese, is made with pasteurized milk. The rindless surface is smooth and supple. Round eyes are spreaded throughout the paste. This cheese has a nutty and milky flavour with a hint of hazelnut.
Whether it is in a “raclette”, in thin slices, fondue, accompanied with your favourite red wine, or with fruits and vegetables, you’ll appreciate its exceptional taste and supple texture.
