With a fine granular texture and a colour that ranges from straw to yellow, St-Laurent Parmesan features very tiny recesses and a fruity, lactic flavour. The taste may be more pronounced depending on the length of ripening.
St-Laurent Parmesan is available from the cheese maker, as well as in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Chibougamau, Chapais and Côte-Nord regions.
