This firm, rindless, lactose-free cheese is made with partly-skimmed pasteurized milk. This Swiss from here has a shiny ivory-coloured interior dotted with small holes (eyes). Its delicate, nutty taste is slightly sweet and milder than an Emmental. It is available in two varieties, in a block or sliced:

The light version contains 37% less milk fat than the Swiss regular.
It is versatile, as tasty as a snack as it is in a sandwich or in your favourite gratins.
