This firm, rindless, lactose-free cheese is made from pasteurized milk. Dotted with holes (eyes), it has a firm, supple texture and a delicate almond flavour.

This versatile sliced cheese is as perfect for breakfast as it is for snacks and sandwiches. Swiss cheese is known to melt beautifully, which makes it ideal for pasta dishes, potatoes au gratin and fondues.

Saputo Swiss is available in most supermarkets.
