This soft bloomy rind cheese, belonging to the brie and camembert family, is made from pasteurized whole cow’s milk. Aged for 21 days, it’s a delicious cheese with a meltingly soft texture and fresh cream taste.

Le Villageois is available from the cheese maker and at specialty cheese shops as well as several supermarkets.
