Crab Delights With Cheddar From Here

Ingredients

  • White baguette cut into 15 slices
  • 1 can of crab (about 213 g or 7 oz)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Cheddar From Here, grated
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 7 ml (1 1/2 tsp.) curry
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
  • Place mixture on the bread slices.
  • Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until the top is golden.
