- 4 slices crusty bread
- Butter, softened
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 225 to 350 g (8 to 12 oz) Pied-De-Vent, sliced
- Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC)
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Cover each slice with cooked ham and Pied-De-Vent.
- Grill until the cheese is slightly golden. Serve hot.
